This new construction posed several challenges for our team as the build required the demolition of an existing Ruth Chris Steakhouse during one of the worst winters in New England history. After demolition, we set to work gutting out and transforming the space into a gorgeous, high-profile restaurant. Despite the weather working against us and the magnitude of the project, our team was able to turn the project over on time in just 119 days.
