  • Red Lobster | Tigard, OR

    This was an extensive remodel that required completely gutting an existing restaurant. Our team stripped an 8584 square foot building to its structural studs and reconfigured the area for a new layout. We then installed a new elevator and applied all new interior and exterior finishes.

  • Olive Garden | Anchorage, AK | Diamond Mall

    This was the second Olive Garden that our team completed in the Anchorage, AK area. We built the 9099 square foot restaurant within Diamond Mall.

  • Capital Grille | Orlando, FL

    This remodel consisted of taking an 8175 square foot area inside a busy shopping mall and transforming it to be consistent with the look and feel of an existing Capital Grille restaurant. 

  • Season’s 52 | Orlando, FL

    Our team added a 1320 square foot private dining room to an existing Season’s 52 restaurant. The addition made for a more elegant fine dining atmosphere and has been a vital source of add-on business for the franchise.

  • Outback Steakhouse | Daytona Beach, FL

    This was new construction of a 7313 square foot prototype Outback Steakhouse. Our team was chosen to complete the initial build with this new layout and design. It was also the first project we constructed for Bloomin’ Brands.
